What we collect

When you request a free scan we receive your store's web address, your email address and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else is collected through this site, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to scan your store, email you the results and reply to you. We never sell or share your details. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which processes it on our behalf.

Store access

If you hire us, you approve theme access through Shopify's collaborator system. We never ask for your password, and you can remove our access at any time from Settings → Users.

How long we keep it

Scan results and emails are kept for as long as they're useful to you, up to two years. Ask us and we'll delete everything we hold about you.
